Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded. These include:

Refund Approval

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

If your product is damaged or defective, you may exchange it for the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund instead.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
